Your ad cannot contain links to or be uses to promote any of the following.

1. Pornographic images or text
2. The sale promotion or sharing of pirated CD's, DVD's,Videos or computer software.
3. To promote racial, religious or ethnic propaganda.
4. Contain derisory or inflammatory text or images pertaining to an individual, a company, a religion, an ethnic group, a country or state
5. Your advertisement cannot be used for any purpose which is deemed illegal under the laws of the UK and Ireland or the country in which the ad owner operates or resides.
6. If a users advertisement is found to contain illegal material, i.e. child pornography the ad will immediately be deleted and the relevant authorities will be notified. If a ad is operating in contravention of our terms, they will be asked to remove or amend the ad content. If after a reasonable period (as defined by Eads4u.com group of sites.) the material is not removed or amended the ad and the user will be removed from the site.
7. In the unlikely event of your ad data being lost due to server malfunction eads4u.com. cannot accept liability either actual or implied arising, as a result of such data loss.
8. Usernames are accepted initially by automated software,eads4u.com. reserve the right at its own discretion to revoke the granting of a username, persons or companies who's username has been revoked will be given the opportunity to choose another username.
9. Winners of our free draws will be responsible for the cost incurred traveling to and from the the the location of the holiday or event, in the case of foreign holidays this means the designated departure airport.
